Taco Time NW, a long time client of Gravity Creative, contacted us with the dream project, redesigning the cult favorite restaurant’s packaging. Because Taco Time is a local company that sources ingredients from within the state, we came up with the concept of the map to demonstrate how local Taco Time really is. Want to know where they get their romaine? Their cheese? Their potatoes for those delicious mexi-fries? Well, now you can see exactly where their ingredients come from! And they’re all from within the state of Washington. We knew that we wanted it to have a hand-done feel, as we wanted to promote their non-corporate and family ideals, so after creating the initial sketches, we sourced an illustrator, Nathan Yoder, to create the final product. All materials used were either 100% compostable or 100% recyclable.
